All normal ground orders ship within 24-48 hours and you will receive tracking numbers at that time. Due to the time sensitive nature of tax forms no returns are accepted after December 1, 2024.
All Next Day Air/2nd Day Air orders received before 11am will be shipped that same day. Any received after 11am will ship the next business day. There is a $30 Rush Fee charge
to have any Next Day Air/Second Day Air orders shipped out within 24
hours during the month of January.
All returns of tax forms are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the return is caused by a TaxTime USA, Inc. error.
To properly calculate shipping please place any software orders separately from your forms orders.
